At The Lux Cards, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, we do provide replacements for products that are damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended. Please review our policy below for more details.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
You are eligible for a replacement if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
- The product is not functioning correctly (due to a manufacturing defect).
- The product received is incorrect (wrong NFC card model).
Note: Replacement requests due to improper use, wear and tear, or a change of mind will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Replacement
If you need a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@theluxcards.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Order Details: Share your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the damaged or defective product.
- Replacement Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the replacement process.
3. Replacement Shipping
- Damaged or Defective Products: We will cover all shipping costs for replacements due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Customer Responsibility: If the product is found to be functioning correctly upon inspection, the customer will bear any associated shipping costs.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
We do not offer refunds. Replacements will be provided only for eligible cases as mentioned above.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered production.
Since each product is custom-made, once production begins (typically 2-3 days after order placement), cancellations will not be possible.
6. Processing & Shipping Time
- Production Time: All products are custom-made and take approximately 2-3 business days for production.
- Shipping Time: Shipping duration depends on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
